Retail Training Objectives
This course takes seasoned Retail Link® users well beyond the program’s basic functionality, teaching value-added reporting, in-depth analysis, and sales/profit-producing recommendations. We will explore all of the resources that Retail Link® offers, as well as detailed and granular analysis of the data in Excel.
In this course, you will learn:
- Establishing your sales baseline and promotional volume
- Identifying your top performing modulars
- Recommending unique modulars to improve sales and productivity
- Methods for calculating sell thru on various types of promotions and events
- Using Market Basket reporting to its fullest
- Identifying areas of the country where your brands perform the strongest
Requirements: An understanding of retail math as well as strong Retail Link® and Excel experience. Authorized access to Retail Link® (ID & Password).
