Terms & Conditions
Due to the limited availability of each class, our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced as follows:
- A 100% refund will be given if we receive written notice of your cancellation at least ten (10) business days prior to the class date.
- A course credit will be issued for cancellations received with fewer than ten (10) business days notice.
- No refund will be given for a cancellation which is received with fewer than 24 hours notice or after electronic or printed course materials have been provided to the attendee.
- Attendance may transferred to another individual up to 24 hours prior to the start of a class.
Unforeseen instances such as severe weather may force 8th & Walton to re-schedule classes. We anticipate this being extremely rare, but when it does happen, we will make every effort to contact you and accommodate your re-scheduling needs.
